• Transformational Leadership: Developed and led the strategy that transformed the IT and broader organization at TriCore Laboratories and College of American Pathologists (CAP) into responsive cost-effective and modern service organizations.
• Innovation: Conceived, architected, and sold to the Executive Committee a complete digital transformation plan to achieve CAP’s organizational goals of responding quicker, reducing costs, and minimizing risks which included a 20% reduction in operating expenses.
• Start-up Leadership: Led, mentored, collaborated with, and delivered service to, emerging technology firms. Spearheaded sell-side three and one buy-side due diligence processes during M&A activity.
• Modernization: Fueled the sustaining and growing of a $150M business by creating the technology infrastructure for web access that allowed customers of lab proficiency testing to interact with CAP online.
