Information Use and Event Registration:  The information provided during event registration is used to confirm identity and may be shared with vendor partner sponsors to disseminate product information and promotional materials. Additionally, this information may be aggregated to compile broad demographic data.

Partner and Affiliate Guidelines:  Partners and affiliates within the Data Connectors Community are required to comply with established privacy guidelines, honor removal requests, and limit communications to a reasonable number of contacts. Agreements with partners and affiliates stipulate that they (a) may use the provided information solely to send relevant product information and make contact through common communication channels to gauge interest in their products and services and (b) may share this information with business partners, resellers, or distributors for the permitted marketing purposes outlined above. Any inquiries regarding the use of your information by these parties should be directed to them.

Geographical Limitations:  Data Connectors only retains information on individuals who have a legitimate interest in cybersecurity solutions and are residents or citizens of the United States or Canada. For regulatory compliance purposes, registrants will be considered citizens of, and subject to, the regulations applicable to the address provided to Data Connectors at the time of registration.

Attendance Policy:  Registration for participation in Data Connectors events is exclusively available to qualified technology professionals. Data Connectors reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its sole discretion. Registrations may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to, non-sponsoring solution vendors, students, competitors, unemployed candidates, foreign residents outside the event’s target regions, and others deemed ineligible.
