Cybersecurity Specialist at MO Department of Public Safety

Madison is a Cybersecurity Specialist with the Missouri Department of Public Safety – Office of Homeland Security, assigned to the Missouri Information Analysis Center. Madison is the coordinator for the Cyber Intelligence Partner program. In this role she serves as a cyber intelligence analyst for federal, state and local entities. Previously, Madison served as an intelligence analyst with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, as the coordinator for MSHP’s Zone Terrorism Officer (ZTO) program. Additionally, she is a subject matter expert in open-source intelligence and exploitation. 

Madison holds two Master's degrees; one from the Naval Postgraduate School in Homeland Security Studies, and one from Michigan State University in Law Enforcement Intelligence and Analysis. She holds numerous certifications in open-source and social media exploitation, cryptocurrency investigations, and is a certified Cyber Crime Intelligence Analyst through NW3C. She is a member of both IALEIA and IACA and serves as a mentor with IACA.
