Mr. Quinn grew up in Europe, attending schools in five different countries, holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington, and a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University. He lives near Phoenix, Arizona and spends his spare time as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol, an active member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the international gastronomic society, and is active in several community organizations. In a separate career, Mr. Quinn used to sing and conduct opera professionally, which explains his ability and willingness to make a fool of himself in front of audiences.
