Douglas Young is an accomplished Senior Technology Executive with an extensive track record of success in the banking/financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries.
Doug’s broad areas of expertise include technology management, software engineering, network & infrastructure technology, business process/operations, IT Strategy & Modernization, Project Portfolio Management., Cyber Security, and Information Security.
Throughout his executive career, Doug held Information Technology leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, KeyCorp, PNC, First Place Financial Services and United Community Finical Corp just recently.
Currently, Doug is the new Chief Information Officer at The First Federal Bank of the Midwest where he is leading the technology integration and PMO for the two merging banks here in the State of Ohio.
Doug has served on multiple science-based non-profit boards including the Cleveland Health Science Museum. He is currently member of the University of Dayton MIS Advisory Board and The Ohio Dept. Of Financial Institutions Technology Advisory Committee. Doug holds a B.S. in Computer Science.
