Manager, Customer Success at Critical Start

Chris joined Critical Start in November of 2020 as a Senior Customer Success Manager and was promoted into managing his own team in July of 2022. Before working at Critical Start, Chris worked in sales across a variety of verticals including legal, telecommunications, government and specialty higher education. Chris began his public speaking career in 2009 where he spent four years holding seminars educating aging war veterans on programs available to help pay for medical and assisted living expenses. When not working, Chris enjoys short trips to major cities to sample the local fare and running marathons.
