Cesar Salazar is the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Technical Services Unit. TBI’s Technical Services Units is in charge of Digital Forensics, Communications Intelligence, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Cybercrime Investigations.
Cesar has been Task Force Officer (TFO) with the FBI Cyber Squad for many years primarily targeting financially motivated Cybercrime groups.
SAC Salazar hold a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science. He worked as a Software Engineer for many years before joining the TBI.
