Brent Cox is a Senior Solutions Architect for Elastic. With over 10 years of IT experience, he has spent most of his career specializing in the Public Sector, helping to structure, build, and implement strategic IT solutions to support State, Local, and Education’s most significant problems. Brent began his career as a system administrator managing global IT infrastructure for large-scale organizations. This experience gave him a deep understanding of complex IT systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. As his career progressed, Brent transitioned to focus on business optimization and solution architecture. In addition, he has worked closely with custom development & engineering teams to identify and address product and workflow gaps around critical use cases and verticals.
