Please fill out the form below, detailing the basics of your organization’s Virtual Booth and/or Virtual Profile for the Conference App. A shell of your profile will be built-out by the Data Connectors Team, using the details provided below (colors, company description, etc.)
The main point of contact on file will get access to the virtual environment at least one week before the event date. The booth can be updated and customized – add custom buttons, graphics, forms, and high value collateral, including video, reports, and other assets.
For the conference app copy of your company profile will be sent to the main point of contact at least 1 week before for review / updates.
The Solutions Showcase hours are generally from 8:00am until 6:00pm local time. Each sponsoring company is expected to have at least one staff member available during this timeframe.
Drive Traffic to your Company Profile / Virtual Booth
- Commercial: Sending a 30-45 second promotional advertisement that highlights what your organization does and why an attendee should visit your booth has proven to increase traffic by 30%.
- Resources: Ensure that the resources you offer in your virtual booth or in your company profile on the conference app are high value assets that normally would be gated on your website. You will receive all attendee details for anyone that interacts with your resources. For your virtual booth no links outside the virtual environment allowed.
- Prize Giveaway: Offering a prize giveaway is strongly recommended. Attendees will need to message your team or meet with them in-person to receive a promo code in order to be eligible to win which will also help with engagement.
- Complimentary VIP Passes: Each vendor partner can invite clients and prospects to attend free of charge. If you get 10+ registrations with your unique VIP code we will suppress their information from all other sponsoring partners. Codes will be sent 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.
