I build and change programs when the status quo has shown it can’t do what is needed to succeed. I’ve built and led teams in large and complex organizations my entire professional life. With the ability to articulate a vision and drive to make it a reality, I am ready to help show the way from the Board to those in the day to day fight. Shaped by 23 years of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps and nearly 10 years as a corporate executive building programs to manage their greatest risks, I am ready to lead.
