Mr. Scott M. St. Pierre was selected to the Senior Executive Service in 2021. Mr. St. Pierre oversees the 60 person division that develops policy, validates requirements, and allocates resources to the Navy Shore Business Enterprise Network Environment. He serves as the Navy Senior Information Security Officer and the Navy Data Officer.
In December, 2014, Mr. St. Pierre was selected as the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) Command Enterprise Information Technology Officer, a Senior Level Executive (SL) position, which included the duties of the Chief Information Officer, and Director of Cybersecurity for shore and business systems.
April 2014, he was selected as the Principle Assistant Program Manager for Combat System Integration on INDEPENDENCE variant Littoral Combat Ship.
From 2010-2014 Mr. St. Pierre served as the Program Executive Office (PEO), Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Enterprise System Engineer.
Mr. St. Pierre was a self-employed defense contractor 2001-2009, providing technical and programmatic support to the PEO IWS, Systems Engineer and the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Program Office.
From 1997-2001, Mr. St. Pierre supported the Chief of Naval Operations staff and the Navy’s Program Executive Office, Theater Surface Combatants providing subject matter expertise in Battle Group operations and interoperability.
From 1986 to 1997, Mr. St. Pierre served in three ships on the West Coast, including USS FLETCHER (DD 992), USS ANTIETAM (CG 54), and USS PRINCETON (CG 59), as well as on the staff of the Commander, Naval Surface Force, Pacific Fleet, where he was the Future Plans Officer.
Mr. St. Pierre is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he received a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature in 1986. Upon graduation, he received his commission in the Navy through the Reserve Officer Training Corps.
Mr. St. Pierre is a certified Department of Defense Acquisition Professional in Program Management (0340) and IT Program Management (2210). He also completed his GSLC certification in 2017.
