Special Agent Peter J. Ahearn Jr. has been with the FBI since February 2009. SA Ahearn is assigned to the Cyber Crime Squad in the Charlotte Division, Raleigh Resident Agency and is currently investigating cyber cases involving both criminal and national security related network intrusion events in and around North Carolina. SA Ahearn is certified by the FBI as a Cyber Instructor and is a Team Leader on the FBI’s Cyber Action Team, a nationwide team of highly-trained and experienced cyber agents dedicated to intrusion response, mitigation, and investigation.
