Nemi is Vice President, Information Security Officer & IT Service Operations at Pacific Dental Services – a leading DSO providing Enterprise IT & Business Services to over 800 Dental Practices across the USA. He is also President of the ISACA Orange County Chapter.
An experienced Executive Consultant helping businesses strike the right balance between managing Information Security risks and the cyclical approach to implementing additional security controls by focusing on developing an intelligent and adaptable risk based security ecosystem that ensures security is embedded into the business fabric and that it becomes a shared responsibility, understood and supported by the entire business leading to a ‘security aware culture’.
Prior to moving to the USA, he worked with Vodafone for over 9 years in a number of roles ranging from Technical Product Architecture, Information Security, Technology Security & Infrastructure Operations and was responsible for Vodafone’s Global Enterprise Compliance, Security & Risk practice as well as the Managed Mobility (UEM, MDM, Remote Access) practice, acting as the CTSO for the Enterprise Business, with responsibility for securing and ensuring the availability of Vodafone Enterprise assets, those of its customers across hybrid environments.
He is a member of the British Computer Society, ISACA, and holds the following professional qualifications: C|CISO Certified Chief Information Security Officer; CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor; CISM – Certified Information Security Manager, CDPSE – Certified Data Privacy Solution Engineer; ITIL V3 Foundation & Intermediate; Cyber Security Essentials, and many more.
