Martin Rieger is the Chief Solutions Officer at stackArmor, a Telos Corporation allliance partner, is responsible for developing FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, and CMMC compliant solutions for the marketplace. With over 20 years of progressive information systems experience specializing in cybersecurity and network security operations in multi-site and multi-platform environments. Mr. Rieger’s extensive background includes providing guidance on delivery systems for local, national, civilian, and military health care delivery systems as the former ISSO for the U.S. Air Force Surgeon General and as an active duty member of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Rieger has experience leading enterprise security personnel in the oversight of critical command and control systems, including managing activities throughout the C&A process, security test and evaluation, risk management, vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and audits of the network environment to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations in accordance with DoD agencies. Mr. Rieger has led ATO engagements for over a decade at multiple leading 3PAOs including Coalfire, EmeSec, and EmagineIT.
