With over 30 years of strong business management and technical experience, he has a proven track record of setting vision and strategy for systems integration in Infrastructure, Data Centers, Storage, Networks, Server Virtualization, Cloud Migrations, IP-Telephony, Cyber-Security, Real-Time transaction processing, Electronic Funding, Change Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. He is a talented communicator bridging business needs with industrial-strength technology solutions. Extensive background implementing new technologies into mission-critical legacy systems while maintaining demanding Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with proper SOX controls for Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. His experience includes technology management positions in the Energy Industry, the Financial Services Industry and now the Travel and Entertainment Industry.
Luis earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Houston, Math and Physics from Houston Baptist University and Graduate Management from Rice University.
