I have been a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations since 2008 and have been assigned to the Denver Office of the Special Agent in Charge for the entirety of my career. During my tenure I have conducted various types of investigations ranging from narcotics and weapons smuggling to money laundering. I completely switched gears several years ago and have since been entrenched in the investigation of international cyber-dependent and cyber-enabled crimes. While assigned to our Cyber-Financial Crimes Investigations Group, I have been immersed in the fast-paced cybersecurity world and have steadily attained various certifications through rigorous advanced training courses. I’m looking forward to transitioning into digital forensics while continuing with my current work in incident response and network intrusion.
