Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge at US Secret Service

Joshua Fisher currently serves as the Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Secret Service office in Nashville, TN, and has been assigned to this position since September 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the supervision of all protective intelligence investigations as well as criminal investigations involving the counterfeiting of U.S. currency, various types of fraud (bank, wire, credit card, computer), and cyber-related activities (ransomware, online scams, network intrusions). Mr. Fisher has received training as a network intrusion and point-of-sale investigator and has worked numerous cases involving such violations.

Mr. Fisher began working for the U.S. Secret Service in 2001 with the Uniformed Division – White House Branch. During his career, he has been assigned to offices in Lexington, KY; Washington, DC; and Hagatna, GU. While serving on Guam, Mr. Fisher was the Resident Agent in Charge of an office responsible for a district that included three (3) U.S. territories and seventeen (17) foreign countries.

Mr. Fisher graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
