Frank J. Boudreaux, Jr.

Frank Boudreaux assumed duties as the Secret Service Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Office in August 2021.  He has been with the Secret Service for over 24 years.  Before Phoenix, SAIC Boudreaux held supervisory assignments in the El Paso and Miami Offices.   While in Miami he served as the interim Deputy Director of Intelligence of South Florida High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) and his direction led to an increase in the digital forensic capabilities of South Florida HIDTA, and an integration of Cyber Fraud matters with South Florida HIDTA initiatives and intelligence.

Prior to promotion, Mr. Boudreaux’s experiences include service on Presidential Protective Division, and the Dallas Field Office.  SAIC Boudreaux has dual mission (protection/investigations) experience in 48 countries, to include multiple Cyber Intelligence Section (CIS) assignments in Europe, Cyber Fraud instruction at the International Law Enforcement Academies in El Salvador and Botswana, and an Assistant Attaché posting at the US Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria where he worked alongside US Country Team, INTERPOL, and West African law enforcement combatting West African initiated fraud.
