Erin C. Hug is a Computer Information Technology Specialist for the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Ms. Hug oversees the Cybersecurity Forensics and Intelligence Unit focusing on the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber related intelligence regarding various threat actors and vulnerabilities. In this position, Ms. Hug’s primary focus area is Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Agencies throughout Missouri. Ms. Hug began employment with the Missouri State Highway Patrol in June of 2002, holding various intelligence related positions throughout her career. Ms. Hug holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri. She also holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies (Homeland Security and Defense) from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
