Ed Lopez is the Sr. Solutions Architect, and has been with Bitglass for 2 years. Prior to Bitglass, he was a Distinguished Engineer/Lead Architect for Verizon Federal, as well as a cybersecurity product manager and technical sales leader for Fortinet, Juniper, NetScreen, and Cisco. Ed is a co-author for RFC-8329 (Framework for Interface to Network Security Functions), a named contributor for several other RFCs, and holds six patents in firewall scalability and software-defined security.
