Bill Canter is a business development manager at Keysight Technologies, working to bring industry leading network visibility and test solutions to market. A graduate of George Mason University and Northern-Virginia resident, he has nearly 15yrs of experience in the IT industry with extensive experience in healthcare and public sector markets. Prior to joining Keysight, he worked for Hyland Software as the Healthcare Industry Manager focusing on partner integrations.
