Mr. Reynolds has spent the last 22 years of his career in various IT roles with the State of New Mexico, most recently managing the infrastructure team at NM Taxation and Revenue, followed by implementing a security program as CISO at the New Mexico Judiciary, and currently as CIO for the NM Gaming Control Board.
