Todd Langusch – Data Connectors

Todd Langusch, CISSP, CISM, Chief Information Security Officer at CIGL Consulting, Inc. has more than 25 years of privacy, information security, and information technology experience. Currently, as CIGL’s CISO, Todd works with organizations of all sizes and industries and assists with their regulatory compliance programs and information technology innovation. He specializes in holistic information security and digital transformations. Prior to becoming an auditor, Todd served as CIO & CSO at several large companies where he leveraged his expertise in European privacy (Data Protection Principles), Canadian (PIPEDA), HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI Compliance, GLBA, FERPA, FISMA (NIST & FIPS), and ISO 27000 series to expand the business into new asset classes, build a holistic information security program, reduce risk, and protect company brand/reputation. In addition to being “the audited,” Todd has been a PCI QSA, PCI ASV, HITRUST Assessor, & FedRAMP 3PAO Assessor and brings a unique perspective to the cybersecurity table, having been on both sides. Before beginning his career in the private sector, Todd worked in both Cryptography and Information Technology in the government sector where he held top security clearances and specialized in communications and operational security.
