Thomas Landry – Data Connectors
Thomas Landry is a federal law enforcement special agent with over 23 years of experience with the U.S. Secret Service and federal law enforcement, focusing equally on both the protective and investigative responsibilities of the agency. SAIC Landry was certified in the Senior Executive Service (SES) by the Office of Personnel Management’s Qualification Review Board in June 2021.
In March 2020, Mr. Landry assumed responsibilities as the Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service’s St. Louis Field Office, which is responsible for all Secret Service protective and investigative activities in the Eastern District of Missouri. The St. Louis Field Office maintains a robust Cyber-Fraud Task Force (CFTF) consisting of a broad coalition of local, state, federal, and corporate partners. In this capacity, SAIC Landry coordinates cyber investigative support and training to our local and state partners in support of financial and violent criminal investigations.
Previously, Mr. Landry served as the Deputy Special Agent in Charge and Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the George W. Bush Protective Division, Dallas, TX. In this role, Mr. Landry was responsible for supervision of all protective operations in support of Former President and First Lady George W. Bush in both domestic and overseas operations.
Prior to these positions, his U.S. Secret Service leadership assignments included the Special Operations Division, Airspace Security Branch where he was responsible for the design and execution of airspace restrictions and defense in support of presidential and vice-presidential domestic and foreign travel. Mr. Landry served as the agencies’ primary airspace liaison to the Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, and the Department of Defense.
Mr. Landry served on the Presidential Protective Division during both the Bush and Obama Administrations completing numerous global advance operations. He began his U.S. Secret Service career in the Detroit Field Office focused primarily on the investigation of complex financial crimes.
Mr. Landry’s education consists of graduate studies, M.A. – Homeland Security Studies – Naval Postgraduate School (2017), Monterey, CA and M.A. – Criminal Justice – Northeastern University (1997), Boston, MA. He completed his B.A. in Psychology – Miami (Ohio) University, Oxford, OH (1996).
