Robert has more than thirty years of experience in private sector Cyber Security (Trans America Financial Services; Mercedes Benz; EDF Energy; Dept of Energy – Bonneville Power Administration; UTI WorldWide; US Bancorp; SAIC and others) as well as numerous years as a US Army Intelligence Warrant Officer with numerous overseas deployments as well as assignments with US Government Intelligence Agencies and the Joint Special Operations Command. Robert has both a broad and deep understanding of Cyber Security with specializations in Web Services Security, large scale software development security, Compliance, Audit and Risk Management. Robert is currently the CISO for the County of San Diego’s IT Outsourcing partner, Perspecta.
