Management and Program Analyst Rachel Yurkovich has been with the FBI for 24 years and with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) for 7 of those years.

At the IC3, Yurkovich is a point of contact for a variety of cybercrime initiatives, including the DOJ Elder Justice Initiative, Call Center fraud (specifically tech support fraud and impersonation scams), and internet-enabled fraud. Yurkovich is a member of the Global Anti-fraud Enforcement Network (GAEN) and has represented the FBI at collaborative meetings in the U.S., The Hague, Madrid, and Bern. The GAEN is a concentrated effort to challenge and stop mass marketing fraud occurring worldwide.
