I have been in the IT industry for more than 20 years. Began working as a PC integrator, got a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems and started working in Networking as a CISCO field engineer after getting a CCNA certification. Was one of the firsts to get certified as a GREEN IT Specialist by CompTIA in Mexico.
Worked most of my career in Networking as a CISCO engineer, had the opportunity to work for IBM, WALMART, and the Mexican government in several projects. Moved to the agriculture sector 10 years ago at Andrew & Williamson as IT Manager in Mexico, company relocated me to the US as IT Director for GoodFarms. Currently in charge of more than 300 users all over California and Mexico, I’m responsable of infrastructure and security for all our locations.
Passionate about Cybersecurity, got a few entry level certifications and currently pursuing CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification.
