Michael Cole – Data Connectors

Michael Cole is the Principal Consultant for Advisory Services for Rapid7. As an USAF veteran with more than 19 years’ experience working in the technology industry, Michael’s technical background covers specialized areas of infrastructure security, vulnerability management, auditing, and financial services. Previously, he served in a broad range of security roles, including CISO for a publicly-traded bank, security architecture and engineering, and security compliance auditing and as a site information assurance manager in Afghanistan. He holds numerous professional certifications and degrees, including CISM, CISA, CISSP, and Master’s Degrees in both Information Security and Assurance, and Management and Leadership. He is a frequent speaker on information security leadership at regional and national conferences.
