WiCyS Austin – Data Connectors

WiCyS is a community of engagement, encouragement, and support for women in cybersecurity. It is the premier organization with national reach dedicated to bringing together women in cybersecurity from academia, research, and industry to share knowledge, experience, networking, and mentoring. Established in 2012 by Dr. Ambareen Siraj of Tennessee Tech University through a National Science Foundation grant, WiCyS is a non-profit organization offering membership, sponsorship, and collaboration benefits.

WiCyS Austin Affiliate is part of the WiCyS 501(c)3 nonprofit, serving the Central Texas region. We provide a community of engagement, encouragement and support for women, non-binary individuals, and allies who are currently working in cybersecurity or interested in the field, to network and support each other. We incorporate and carry out the WiCyS mission: to recruit, retain, and promote women in cybersecurity.
