The Virtual Tampa Cybersecurity Summit will take place on Tuesday, May 19th.
Virtual Set Up will open for Exhibitors on Thursday, May 7th. We will send you an email with instructions.
Please note this email will only go to the main contact on file and your registered booth staff, so be sure to fill out your Exhibit Registration Form as soon as possible.
Solutions Showcase hours are from 8:00am until the end of the event. Please have at least one member of your booth staff available to chat, answer calls and questions until the event has concluded.
Information for Presenters
Speaking sessions should be educational and informative. Product presentations should be kept in the Solutions Showcase. One or two company specific slides will be permitted.
Your speaker name, title, topic and a brief summary of the topic provided ahead of time will ensure a more targeted audience for your speaker. Please fill out your speaker’s information at our form here.
Your speaker must be at the conference at least one hour prior to your presentation time in case the conference is running ahead of schedule.

Representatives and Services
Please fill out this Exhibit Registration Form to register your representatives. We cannot load you into your booth until after this form has been received.

Similar to our in-person events, Data Connectors provides Vendor Partners with an opportunity to participate in our Prize Drawing.
To participate, please list the prize you would like to give away in your Exhibit Registration Form. ($50 Value or greater.)
Data Connectors will create a prize tile in your booth that links to a pre-populated form attendees will submit to be entered to win. There is also a default field asking for Prize Code. This field is meant to help attendees start a conversation with your team.
This field is NOT validated – your team can chose whatever code they’d like and it does not have to be coordinated with Data Connectors. If you would like this field disabled, please let us know.
Data Connectors will ask you to choose three possible winners for your prize and we will announce who wins at the end of the event.
Each sponsor is allowed unlimited complimentary passes for clients and prospects. Your account manager will provide custom VIP invitations two weeks prior to the event.
