    if the pallet does not fit into the service elevator the vendor will be required to breakdown the pallet on the back dock prior to moving to the banquet space

Inbound Instructions

Due to limited storage space, packages may be delivered to the hotel (3) working days prior to the event hotel stay. Any packages that arrive more than (5) working days prior to the event hotel stay or are not picked up 5 days after the events hotel stay conclusion will incur daily storage fees

A/V Rental

For AV rental, complete and submit the Encore Exhibitor Rental form to [email protected] and once completed a representative will be in contact for payment.  Rental forms and payment must be submitted 72 hours prior to the event (Sep. 26) or additional fees apply.
