Complete the Shipping Exhibitor Form prior to the event in order to ensure packages are delivered to your booth. Submit the completed form to [email protected] and the hotel will contact you directly for payment.
Shipments cannot arrive earlier than 3 days prior to the event (June 20) or additional fees may apply.
Shipments must be properly boxed and labeled with your carrier account information/prepaid label. Leave packages at your booth and the onsite Fedex team will schedule a pickup.
To rent Audio Visual equipment and submit payment, refer to the instructions located in the AV rental form attached. Online orders must be submitted by June 21 and orders after this date will need to handled though Marc Delisle (details below).
