Originally from a small town near Cologne, Germany, Markus moved here for a job opportunity at EA Burnaby in 1999. He has over 25 years experience in Software Development in general, and more than 12 years experience in various leadership roles. He is the former CTO of Venzee Inc, a supply chain automation provider, as well as Hero Innovation Group, a Fintech Provider for international students and Canadian Parents and Kids. He currently is consultant for the Vancouver Real Estate Board, advising them on the transition of their services to the cloud.
